The attitude of the staff is good. But in the shower compartment the stall is small, sometimes there is no water or it comes in cold and then sharply hot, and I did not change the position of the faucet handle. There is a bad smell coming from the shower drain. Early in the morning, the roar of food being loaded into the kitchen and the loud voices of workers can be heard from the street. Of the staff, except the doctor, no one speaks or understands Russian. Or they basically don’t want to. In general, the impression is disgusting, unfortunately.

Не выполняют своих обещаний,. Эдьзаре,Светлане и Виктору не мешало бы пройти интенсивный трейнинг как общаться с клиентами. Добавьте в своих Вопросы и Ответы о том как , что может произойти если "изменилась" резервация. И что надо сообщать на ресепшен с кем вы проводите ночь. У меня была минута молчания когда Светлана снисходительным тоном обьявила" вам необходимо было сообщить на ресепшен с кем и в какой комнате вы поовели ночь. Эльзара! Я думаю что вы помните меня и наше общение.

Overall, the booking worked well, but I don't like the fact that customer service doesn't accept emails on weekends. I also didn't like the fact that I only received my boarding pass for the flight shortly before the flight. It has been said that airlines only issue boarding passes 24 hours before departure, but you can usually get them much earlier if you book directly yourself. I'm also wondering how the collaboration with the hotel works, as I booked a comfort room with 2 single beds plus a sofa, armchairs and a table at sanatorium.com, but didn't get it at the hotel because they were fully booked...
