It’s unpleasant that they don’t agree on the time of the ordered group transfer. Once they said that they would arrive at 18.00, but they arrived 1 hour earlier without warning. The second time we arrived on time, but for me it was a little late, the driver was driving slowly, there was a feeling that he was very tired and was struggling hard to sleep. We arrived at the airport in just 1.5 hours; we barely had time to check in, because... there were some problems. As a result, we didn’t have time to apply for tax free. I would like it if, when setting a time, they not only informed, but agreed on the time of departure from the sanatorium.

the service is very good, I asked to be accommodated with my mother as close as possible, they sent a request to the hotel, they accommodated me nearby, but on the attic floor with a small window in the ceiling and it was difficult for my mother, who is 86 years old, to climb the additional steps to the attic. Since I had to leave ahead of time, the sanatoriums did everything to compensate me for my forced departure, but 5 days have passed and the money still has not arrived in my account.

Guys, this is a rip-off airline, it has a difficult battery situation and got double money from people, they are a disgrace. When is it possible in the future you will never fly with the airline Rayair, in the end you will pay a lot more for everything with the other airline, I found that out first hand

A number of my requests for visa support (sending a voucher from the sanatorium) were ignored. After the third appeal, they sent me an invoice from the sanatorium for payment of 50% of the cost of treatment. I never received the voucher. A lot of time was wasted waiting. As a result, at the visa center in Moscow I had to pay for an express visa to the Czech Republic (twice as expensive).
