The service sanatoriums.com is excellent, everything is written clearly and accessible, all the points are touched upon, the only thing I don’t understand is how to book by phone to get a discount, I tried, they didn’t pick up the phone, then they called back from a completely different number and gave me the details where to list and that’s it in Russian, I called again and asked where to transfer information. I needed other data because... I’m from Germany, they somehow hesitated. And I was afraid to order through them, and decided to pay without a discount, everything looked like they were scammers.

Добрый день! При подтверждении бронирования, всегда указана информация как записаться на бесплатную экскурсию, также указан номер телефона представителя. Если желаете воспользоваться бесплатной пешей экскурсией по Рогашке Слатине, пожалуйста, после прибытия подойдите в офис напротив отеля Slovenija , где по вторникам и средам с 16:00 до 18:00 Вас будет ожидать менеджер Наталья, которая запишет Вас на экскурсию и даст всю информацию.

A very high level of service, everything is thought out, especially regarding the schedule of treatment procedures by day (in 2015 there were procedures) It is very convenient. Transfer of some procedures to the residential building, expansion of the list of procedures. Everything is very convenient. Evening leisure activities for vacationers are very well organized. There's no time to be bored! Everything is just great!!!
