The service is good. However, it is not possible to get a small transfer from the sanatorium to the bus station of the city of Marianske Lazne, instead of the unused (we did not order it) free transfer from Prague airport to the sanatorium. The reservation system is clear, I like it. Thanks to the sanatoriums.com team for the rich, detailed information about sanatoriums. This is painstaking work, worthy of respect. I appreciate the abundance of information and telephone support. It’s bad that people confuse the transfer time, I ordered a transfer for 1 o’clock in the morning, before leaving they sent a message that the car would arrive at 20 o’clock, 19 hours later. When I wrote and asked for an urgent correction, they couldn’t come up with anything better than requesting a copy of the air ticket:((
