Everything worked out perfectly. Thank you. We weren't entirely happy with the transfer. You are allowed to take one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage with you. I understand hand luggage to be 8 kg when flying. On the way there, one of our suitcases had no space left and was placed on a stand on the outside at the back. I don't even want to think about what could have happened if it had come loose or something else... hand luggage on my lap the whole journey. Very cramped and uncomfortable on the bus. The lady drove very well, big praise. We were there at the hotel in 7 hours. The bus was a bit more comfortable on the return journey, but the same problem again. The trunk is far too small for 8 suitcases. It was so packed that there was hardly any room for the 8 suitcases. The bus driver had no view to the rear at all. It's not possible... hand luggage on your lap again. It's uncomfortable for a long time... The bus driver Pavel drove very well, we drove quite well considering it was a Saturday. My concern is that the bus drivers, who have such responsibility on their journey, are also more comfortable.

sanatoriums.com did a great job organizing my spa holiday in Mariánské Lázně from the booking to the transfer to and from home with very good, friendly drivers. Since I first contacted sanatoriums.com, I had a safe feeling and complete trust, also regarding my choice of the Spa Hotel Silva because of the very informative video. Thank you very much, also for the fair cancellation conditions, which sanatoriums.com also reminded me of, and the offered excursion to the fascinating capital of Prague, which I did not take advantage of on this trip. Finally, a wish: It would be nice to have a sanatoriums.com advantage card upon arrival at the booked hotel with benefits, for example when using public buses, concerts, in shops and at service providers (hairdresser, cosmetics, pedicure, salt cave) who accept this advantage card. Interruption offers a lot for maintaining health

Pickup was good. Trip to Prague ok. Unfortunately no explanations during the trip - the tour guide only spoke Czech or Russian. The city guide was very nice and competent with very good language skills. Booking with sanatorium was problem-free.

I liked the service of the site when I booked the hotel, all the information was in one place. I absolutely did not like the service when I complained about the uncomfortable transfer. I asked for compensation, but they told me that they saw no reason. For the site, the client’s opinion and comfort did not play any role. The main thing was to fill the bus to capacity and take money from everyone.
