It was convenient to book a package of services, although I realized retroactively that it was more expensive than booking a hotel and plane tickets separately. In addition, not everything was clear with the tickets themselves and there were all sorts of problems with luggage, especially on the way back, when I could neither pay for luggage via the Internet nor make a check in... the representatives of the sanatorium did not say anything intelligible and simply did not know what was wrong we need to worry about luggage - we simply went through all the checks at the airport and didn’t have to pay anything extra. This is a minus of your service. So I’ll think about whether it’s worth contacting you.
