I’m very glad to meet you) I know Ninel Pryshenko (Transfer manager) in absentia and I want to thank her for her help in organizing the transfer when my plane was very delayed. She was in touch with me all the time. Although it was on Sunday and no longer during working hours, she did everything so that I left on my transfer to Heviz. They sent a confirmation for a two-room superior room, but the hotel had information about booking a regular two-room room. The rooms differ significantly. As a result, it took a very long time to sort things out and it took more than 2 hours to check in.
