# The service from sanatoriums.com is very good. # There is only one restriction: the trip to Prague, which was included in the booking and was not possible for us due to the examination date being two days late and therefore the treatment plan and appointments being allocated, will not be taken into account. After pointing this out and asking, I only received the answer that the Prague excursion was a free additional offer and could not be implemented in any other form. So no other day than Thursday, which is a treatment day. That's really a pity!!!

The sanatorium exactly meets its stated positions. Clean rooms, service, fresh air in the corridors and premises. Special shine and cleanliness in treatment rooms, swimming pool, sauna and hammam. We must pay tribute to the staff: cleanliness and safety come first. The kitchen is in perfect order: there are always workers who monitor the cleanliness of the tables, the working order of the equipment, and the availability of dishes. All staff are friendly and attentive. They quickly remember your face and name - this is very important, you feel attention and care.
