The service was poor, there was complete confusion with the transfer. We were not refunded for the last 4 days of our stay and treatment, which was interrupted not through our fault, but due to the situation with the corona virus. They didn't help us with anything.

Everything would be fine. good, but the transfer (group) to Marienski Lazne was very late. We called the office and they said that they had the right to stay for 2 hours. At the same time, we should not leave the place where we are waiting for arrivals, because... The driver won't look for us when he arrives. And there’s even nowhere to sit. But the wait was 40 minutes. Everyone was worried, and that’s no use on vacation.
