What surprises me, this is the second time: if you take a package, then the flight, even in one direction, is inconvenient in time. I fly from Israel. Therefore, this year I had to buy air tickets myself, for a convenient time. You offer a free excursion to Prague. This is good for those who have not been to Prague. I’ve already been there. There’s no alternative from you! I think you need to improve here. In addition, the excursion to Prague is only on Thursday. There are no procedures on Saturday and Sunday, so Thursday should also be excluded from treatment. Maybe this is beneficial for you. On weekends there are paid excursions. But for me, as a client, this is unprofitable and inconvenient. I’m sure that most vacationers will agree with me. Otherwise, the service is quite decent. And the site is convenient! I’m glad that there is always timely feedback.
