In April, when booking, no information was provided that the sanatorium could change pricing. Check-in and check-out times do not correspond. The website indicates internet service in the room for an additional fee, but in fact this is not the case.

Portal sanatoriums.com has sold me spa horel Krivan in Marianske Lazni as 4- stars hotel! I expected to stay at a comfortable, clean hotel with polite staff, good food and nice treatments. I didn`t get anything! Absolutely awfull! I think that you are responsible for what you sell and I would like to hear from you, what do you think about the situation!
