Since we were very satisfied, we booked Hotel Diana for next year. Hopefully we will be pleasantly surprised too. Next year we will drive ourselves. Unfortunately we were not happy with one thing about the transfer on the outward journey. The driver stopped in the woods so we could go to the bathroom. Something like that isn't possible with 8 people for hygiene reasons. Nobody could wash their hands. But we arrived safely.

The service from the sanatoriums was very good. Thank you! Of the minuses: the two-way transfer to Mariajeske Lazne was via Karlovy Vary. This is very tiring. It is necessary to tell clients in advance so that everyone can make their choice (travel in a group or choose another option). This is very important for everyone to know!

The hotel description does not mention that some procedures, such as shock wave therapy and laser therapy, are available for an additional fee. Information about this is received upon arrival at the hotel, and not when booking. But this is a flaw of the Sanatoriums company, and not the hotel itself. The price/service ratio of the sanatorium is fair. Everything is intelligently and rationally organized. For those expecting a special level of comfort and varied food, I advise you to book more expensive hotels. Personally, I did not regret choosing this hotel; for me these aspects do not matter - it is important to me that the hotel is clean, the staff is moderately friendly, the doctor is attentive, and there is a sufficient choice of procedures. Thank you for a good holiday.

Again problems with return transfer. The driver arrived on time but said he had problems with the battery and called the company by phone and drove off. 20 km from our destination the bus stopped and couldn't go any further. We have to take care of the same 6 people getting home.
