Very good service. You can always contact and get an answer to any question. But the insurance is strange. You can only communicate in English. And who doesn't know English? I turned to Yuolnitsa for help. But I don’t know how to get the money back. It’s good that it’s a small amount. It's worth thinking about. May not sell a tour with compulsory insurance. And let the client insure himself in any company convenient for him.

We didn't take part in the day trip because we had little information about the process and the city of Prague with a 2-hour guided tour is too strenuous for older people with disabilities. Everything else worked great. Regarding the doctor's discussions: there was only 1 conversation at the beginning, none at the end
