Thank you! The site is wonderful, booking is easy and simple! We have already booked another hotel for my friend (Tamara Prudnik) in Karlovy Vary (Hotel Madonna). But... The price of the tour includes a free transfer ONLY from Prague airport!!! And they offered me a transfer from Karlovy Vary to Marianske Lazne for an additional fee of 60 euros!!!! The voucher included an examination by a doctor, but we were not provided with an examination by a doctor, and immediately upon check-in they gave us the entire list of procedures!! It is not known on what basis and by whom the procedures were prescribed???

Уважаемая госпожа Березовская! Действительно, бесплатный групповой трансфер осуществляется только из аэропорта Праги в отель. Обратный трансфер, либо индивидуальный трансфер из отеля в отель выполняется только платно. По поводу лечения: Вы купили оздоровительный пакет „Мини спа“, в который не входит консультация врача, только 2 процедуры в день по выбору из определенного списка процедур, которые можно назначать без врача, поскольку газовых уколов в этом списке нет. Благодарим Вас, что воспользовались нашими услугами, нам очень жаль, что у Вас возникли негативные впечатления.

I can't say I'm satisfied. Unfortunately, we had to extend our stay at the sanatorium and cancel the flight due to Covid. I can’t say that the employees of sanatoriums.com were very helpful in this situation. As they themselves say, they are only intermediaries when booking a hotel and ordering tickets and are not responsible for force majeure circumstances. Take this into account.
