The portal works great, it’s easy to book and cancel. The help desk works great. Poor organization of the transfer, there is no communication with them, when you wait for about two hours, standing at the exit, of course all the emotions go to the driver. The problem is NOT waiting for the transfer, but the lack of information whether the driver will arrive at all??? Please confirm your arrival via e-mail or SMS by phone, without specifying the waiting time. After all, we confirm our arrival.

Unfortunately, we were not allowed to take part in the New Year's Eve ball or the New Year's Eve menu on December 31, 2023, even though we booked the travel date over the turn of the year.

Sanatoriums.com had worked well so far; I had already booked through the portal a few times. However, something went wrong with this booking: The booked room was not available, even though it was shown as available in the portal. The alternative room, of course larger, was around 400EUR more expensive. I accepted this because of the short notice. A “deal” in the sense of a free parking space in the hotel garage (worth approx. 180EUR) was not possible.
