I left the sanatorium in the morning, the ambassador’s reception woke me up at 5:30, but the lady at the reception forgot about me, she only called at 5:20, I was almost late for my transfer. I also did not receive a printout of the return ticket on time, as a result I had to pay for it at the airport, but I understood that I would not receive compensation…. Not everyone liked the way the guides work; Irena would do well to learn how to work with clients. I liked everything else.

Very convenient website. Just don't like their drivers who always want to talk on the way to the hotel. They should stop trying to talk about politics because it's unethical and seriously lowers the reputation of sanatoriums.com. And another question to the website. Does anyone speak English at sanatoriums.com? Because it's indicated on the website that they do but even though my messages and booking were in English everyone was communicating with me in russian, in the emails, Whats app, in person, etc. What if I do not know russian, what am I supposed to do in that case? Hire please someone who can speak other languages except for russian. Thank you.
