We arrived at the hotel in the morning, and check-in was only at two o'clock in the afternoon! This is a mistake by the tour organizers. It was they who did not take care of the connection between arrival and check-in. Not to mention that on the way back home my wife and I sat on the plane in completely different seats in different rows. Yes, the client must check the product offered to him, but, I repeat once again, when buying a TOUR, the client has the right to count on some relaxation of attention to detail.
