The attitude towards Sanatoriums service is positive. On some dates the hotel price is cheaper than on Booking.com. Transfer to the hotel was very convenient. However, at first there were questions with the return transfer - it was scheduled 4 hours before departure. When asked why so early, they answered that this is a group transfer and they choose the time, not us. However, Aeroflot notified that the flight was delayed by 3 hours, and they managed to reschedule the transfer to a convenient time.
