the information is not clearly described. 2 meals a day is not specified that it's breakfast and dinner, breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner. i wanted lunch and dinner, but the spa didn't allow me to have it. the portal explained to me that it wasn't clear to me because i placed the reservation and received the conformation in english. they sent me the description in russian that said the same: 2 meals a day. i live in US and my language is english. The explanation of the agent that called me was so stupid and unprofessional that i can give the portal only a negative rating. the best thing is to make reservation on the hotel's website to avoid aggravation and not thru sanatorium.com

But contrary to the promise when booking on May 26, when paying with a Mir card (05/28/21), we did not receive 20% cashback, although we paid 100% of the cost of a double room in the Krugozor sanatorium in Kislovodsk. For some reason, the transfer from the airport to the sanatorium was also cancelled, although we did not cancel it. It’s good that the responsible driver called us on the eve of departure on 08/31/21 and left his mobile phone, which we took advantage of when we arrived in Mineralnye Vody at night. The driver arrived, albeit late, at the airport and took us to the sanatorium.

Sanatorium service is good. There could be more applications in the offer packages. On the other hand, German spa guests do not need any offers for transport to and from the airport. The offer - a trip to Prague - can also be canceled as it will not be used. Discounted parking options - vouchers - could be sent - instead of airport pickup -
