The service is good. I really like to book and pay when arriving at the hotel. The only negative is the transfer. It is very bad that 8 people are put on a small bus and that the drivers often do not know the location of hotels in Karlovy Vary. It's always annoying.

Very convenient service! Everything is accessible and understandable. The prices are good. A very convenient communication system: both by mail, WhatsApp, and telephone. It is very convenient that the transfer picks you up from the airport. The only thing: - 1. We waited for a long response to confirm the hotel reservation for the embassy for visas (by mail) 2. It was inconvenient that only one car from the airport met us, although one of the people from the delegation flew at a different time and to a different airport, but we 2 transfers were not provided.

К сожалению, отель не смог предоставить Вам ваучеры для визы на следующий день после Вашего запроса и они были отправлены в течении 3 дней. Хотим уточнить, что ваучеры предоставляются в течении 3-5 рабочих дней, все зависит от отеля. Со своей стороны, мы сразу передали все Ваши данные в отели с просьбой ускорить их изготовление. 2. Групповой трансфер предусматривает ожидание до 1,5 часов и заезд в другие аэропорты. Эта информация всегда указана в подтверждении трансфера и у нас на сайте. Нам очень жаль, что это доставило Вам неудобства.
