During the stay I had telephone contact to organize the free stay in Prague. Unfortunately, the telephone partner spoke neither German nor English and the line was then interrupted. As the process progressed, no new connection could be established, even though the office should actually still have been occupied. Then I described my request via email and received an answer. The service was therefore fine.
