See hotel review. We booked the trip one day before departure. Upon arrival at the hotel, our information was not available at the hotel. Upon presentation of the email with the reservation, we were checked into our room 40 minutes later.

Hello! The service is excellent! Thank you very much, everything was at the highest level! Transfer from the airport directly to the hotel in Karlovy Vary! The driver met us at the airport and helped the ladies carry their luggage into the minivan. And upon arrival in Karlovy Vary, I unloaded my luggage and took it to the hotel reception. Thank you, very nice! The return transfer to the airport was wonderful and comfortable! This time we weren’t able to take advantage of the free excursion to Prague, unfortunately. But next time we’ll definitely find time for the trip. I recommend!!!
