The service is wonderful, they respond quickly, the staff are quite attentive. We were met without any problems, on time. But there was a problem with the transfer back. We ordered a group transfer, firstly, they informed us very late when the transfer would arrive, and secondly, they wanted to come for us very late, although we sent tickets stating that we had to board an hour and a half before the plane’s departure, the employees refused to send a taxi earlier and we had to take a private transfer right on the spot.

The two weeks of my stay at the Morava sanatorium flew by very quickly, because I felt comfortable. The staff works well, everyone is friendly, clean and tidy, next time I will come to Murava. The only thing I would like to warn those who will go to this Gotel, that to drink mineral water at the springs, you need to go downstairs, the elevator almost didn’t work

It was my first time on vacation in Karlovy Vary, and also my first time ordering a hotel and services through the travel agency sanatorium.com. I was completely delighted with the choice of a travel agency, which I accidentally found on the Internet, as well as with the choice of a hotel that has a full range of treatments, spa services, and excellent service. Thanks to the travel agency sanatorium.com for the transfer services provided. At first I was skeptical, since the transfer from Prague Airport to Karlovy Vary is free, but I was greeted with a sign, the driver helped with my luggage and in just 1.5 hours I found myself in a wonderful town. The return transfer was overnight (I left at 4:50 am) and again it was at the highest level, and for only 29 €! I would like to thank both the travel agency and all the hotel staff for the wonderful 10 days spent in such a wonderful town!!
