We booked with Angst for the first time through sanatoriums.com. But the whole booking process was easy and straightforward. We paid for the entire trip on site. We also had a doorstep transfer. The driver, Martin, arrived on time and he was very nice. You can book the treatments immediately via sanatoriums.com, which is not the case with Boking.com, for example. We recommend that everyone book spa trips with treatments to the Czech Republic via this website. Thank you.

On the sanatoriums.com website, the price of the treatment in the hotel and the spa fee were indicated in euros. However, after receiving the bill, the spa fee was increased. When contacting sanatoriums.com we were told that the spa fee is calculated in crowns (although this was not stated on the sanatoriums.com site).

Everything is fine, except that it took more than a week to receive an answer to my question (upon arrival at the hotel), after my numerous reminders, and even then, it was more of an unsubscribe than an answer in essence.

The truth lies in the middle! I don't know if I'll put up with so much bad mood from employees (-explainable in retrospect!!!-) again. However, the people at the reception were (almost) all friendly. You also earn significantly better! The bus pickup was much too early for me! - at half past five in the morning, I had to get up at half past four. This is not an appropriate time for an older person! on the outward journey. The bus drivers were very friendly and drove very competently and calmly.

It is very convenient that everything is in one building. It would be nice to replace the elevator with a new one. There are no complaints about the food and treatment. It's hard to walk because of the steep descents and ascents.
