Sanatoriums personnel was incompetent and unhelpful when I got ill and shorten my stay at Nove Lazne hotel. The worse is that personnel who is reachable on the call does not check emails and those who check emails cannot receive calls - sounds totally illogical and irrational. The company must improve customer service and ability to respond to the needs of guests promptly and efficiently.

You are the best in all matters: starting with assistance, calling for a visa, transfers, excursions. Regarding the excursions: everything is great, but I didn’t really like the imposition of additional services from the guide in the purchase of pomegranate products, and other intrusive advertising.

I liked the excursions (Resort Triangle and classic Prague). I didn’t like the organization of the gift excursion to Prague, because it was very chaotic. The guide Valentina is the best. The excursions were very interesting.
