I really liked Karlovy Vary - the air, the mountains, the daily promenades, the atmosphere itself (calm and peaceful), of course delicious beer, you can relax 100% mentally and physically. We'll go again or we'd like to try Mariinskie Lazne. From the negative: I really didn’t like the free trip to Prague, everyone was running, taking photos on the go, stopped for a second and fell behind, okay, we’re still young and that’s a disaster, but the majority of them were elderly people and then on the bus they said that there was nothing really we saw it because we had to watch our step more and not to get lost, after Zoll control, not everyone had time to relieve themselves after a long journey and not everyone had 50 cents for this event, and other little things were not changed, which was also a shock, such an important information needs to be communicated in advance, and not presented as a fact, and by the way, there were no more stops before the restaurant at lunchtime, it is clear that I am writing this information not on my own behalf, but at the request... It would probably be more convenient either to leave earlier, or to shorten route... The guide was nothing, believe me, there is something to compare with, even the Tuk-Tuk driver in Sri Lanka was more interesting. And one more, not only in my opinion, very important point - yes, in the group there were Russian-speaking people from abroad, so to speak, but all came from the Soviet Union (due to age criteria), both in my opinion and judging by remarks on the bus, not only dumping a bunch of negative information on the topic: How bad, terrible and totalitarian everything was in those days!!! I think it was incorrect and terribly unpleasant. And it seems to me that the excursion about Prague did not need this information at all. Expectations were high, we had heard a lot of wonderful things about amazing Prague, I wanted to see everything with my own eyes, of course, not all at once, but for starters, but this excursion ..... In general, after it, this is how the hotel answered the question : “Well, if you want and don’t mind the time, then go... but nothing more” And one more moment that really spoiled the vacation and is directly related, I think, to you. My husband and I took a trip to Hische Castle for 2 people, we really wanted to see it, we paid for it. But on the day of the trip, my mother, who was staying at the hotel, had a bad heart condition, she did not feel well and I had to stay with her at the hotel. We approached the boarding place, there were 2 more women, they waited for the 8-seater minibus and asked, due to the circumstances that had developed and beyond our control, no, not to return the money to us, God forbid, but to change it for another day or if the group is full, then even with an additional payment for another excursion (judging by the small number of the group, I don’t think this was a problem). The driver dialed Irina on the phone, who, in my opinion, was not interested in anything other than: “I WILL NOT RETURN YOUR MONEY”... Maybe she has something with her hearing - I didn’t ask for the money back, it wasn’t even discussed... and in my opinion, there were no compelling reasons not to consider the options, but simply put, there are few people at the resort, there are even fewer people who want to go somewhere, and we already had a similar situation in Thailand and the trip cost several times more, but people got the hang of it , exchanged for the next excursion, without any problems, smiling sweetly and wishing a good trip, which was done, plus a very pleasant impression from the people. And after this communication, it was as if I had held a toad in my mouth. I wished this “sweet” woman Irina all the best, especially to get rich with this money, since this is the only thing that worries her in life. The women got into the minibus and went on an excursion, and we returned to the hotel, where I did free advertising for you for another week and also upon arrival home (quarrel). But you understand that you cannot indulge in joys and sorrows alone. I’d like to add that we never went anywhere else, thanks to Irina, but I somehow didn’t want to communicate with her anymore, much less meet her. Brrrrr :( Well, nothing another time. Нам очень жаль, что у Вас остались негативные впечатления об экскурсии. Мы очень стараемся сделать ее максимально информативной, удобной и интересной для наших клиентов. Насчет туалетов, в Праге они действительно везде платные, как и во многих странах Европы.
По поводу отмены экскурсии и возврата денег хотим уточнить, что на экскурсионных ваучерах указано, что штраф за отмену бронирования экскурсии - 50%, менее чем за день до экскурсии - 100% от стоимости поездки. Нам очень жаль, что это омрачило Ваш отдых
