Уважаемая Елена! Нам очень жаль, что возникло недопонимание. В Вашем бронировании бесплатный трансфер был только из аэропорта в отель. Эта информация была указана на сайте и в самом бронировании. Обратный трансфер - платный. Стоимость его тоже указана в подтверждении брони. Трансфер из аэропорта в отель был предоставлен, с нашей стороны были выполнены все условия.
