The lady at the reception told us that no one from the boss was there, we can put it all in writing the next day. At this time the festive food was almost gone. Overall positive experience with sanatorium.com. Lots of information and easy to book. The only complaint is no card terminal in your Karlovy Vary office to accept cards. The only available payment option was cash which added at least 15% on top of our costs when we had to get cash from local ATMs. Please consider adding more payment options to your KV clients, i.e. a card terminal in the office or on your website, bank details for a wire transfer.
