The service is very good, everything has worked smoothly so far, the site is easy to use, there is a good selection of hotels and always great deals. I used the site before and everything was fine, but this time there was an error in the arrival and departure dates of only 2 days, but I had already managed to pay and no matter how much I called or wrote, they did not help, i.e. the money was gone. This pettiness ruined the mood. But other than that, everything was great - the staff was polite, the food was excellent, they cleaned it daily. The hotel is clean and well maintained. I really liked Tanya (who worked at SIS) Sasha the massage therapist does an excellent job And everyone else is also a master, courteous, attentive. Got treatment and rested I recommend.

Booking on the website is convenient and safe, payment for accommodation and treatment at the sanatorium itself is in local currency or in euros. The transfer is free from the airport to the resort on time, the return transfer is booked and paid for on the spot. We went on 3 excursions with Valentina and Alena, everything went great too! Definitely recommend!
