The treatment procedures in the hotel on the Sanatoriums website do not correspond to reality! I spent a long time choosing a hotel based on procedures and quality of treatment, and in the end I didn’t get any of this. Why should I call every hotel and ask if they have the procedures that are stated on the travel agency’s website? Make updates, it's your job! I paid a lot of money and in the end I didn’t get what was on your site! All references to Corona are excuses, both from you and from the hotel itself. I feel deceived! You are greatly reprimanded; I will not recommend you again, and I will never recommend the hotel to anyone!

I was nervous because I wanted to get treatment from Dr. Milos Micka. His treatment helped me on my previous visit to Marianske Lazne. The reason for the refusal was the placement of Ukrainian refugees in Vltave. The reason is valid. If they told me the truth, I would accept it and not be nervous. For this I give your service a minus. For accommodation in another higher class hotel with the same price, I give you an excellent rating. I didn’t go on a free excursion to Prague: the departure time was not convenient, I didn’t want to miss the treatment procedures.
