A check on your part regarding the current condition of the hotels would be advantageous, for example. Hotel Adler. This hotel is getting quite old and needs to be partially renovated. Leaky windows (noise), worn carpets, dripping taps, missing thermostatic valves/heating, elevator maintenance, etc. For a 3* hotel, this is not a showpiece and ultimately falls back on them based on their recommendation.
