Very good service. You can always contact and get an answer to any question. But the insurance is strange. You can only communicate in English. And who doesn't know English? I turned to Yuolnitsa for help. But I don’t know how to get the money back. It’s good that it’s a small amount. It's worth thinking about. May not sell a tour with compulsory insurance. And let the client insure himself in any company convenient for him.

The booking was quick and uncomplicated. A good overview of services and offers. We didn't take part in the day trip because we had little information about the process and the city of Prague with a 2-hour guided tour is too strenuous for older people with disabilities. Everything else worked great. Regarding the doctor's discussions: there was only 1 conversation at the beginning, none at the end

The transfer from home in Germany to the hotel was organized perfectly, everything was on time! The only thing was, when we were traveling from Germany, one Polish woman from Stuttgart took a small dog, although this is prohibited! The dog's fur fell off, and she lay down under the chair, and there was nowhere to put her feet! This should not be allowed!

A chef for a four-star hotel looks different, the staff is good, the treatments are impeccable, accessibility for the disabled needs to be improved, no drinks are served (no coffee, no bar) dead pants the entire day and evening
