We didn't notice anything about Sanatoriums.com as an intermediary in Mariánské Lázně. Nobody from Sanatoriums.com spoke to us at the hotel. When we asked at the hotel reception about the Prague excursion, we were told that this was a matter for Sanatoriums.com and that the hotel had nothing to do with it.

In general the service is good. They explained everything, helped me choose a hotel and treatment. But I would like to draw your attention once again to the transfer services. Upon arrival, no one met us; we waited for about an hour. And this is after a sleepless night!!! And the mood deteriorated (a good start to the holiday). The transfer that picked us up from the hotel was also late by 1.5 hours. And this was a transfer + excursion around Budapest. A self-respecting company should fix this. I would like to mention Alex, although he was late, he completed the tour 250%. Everything was very interesting.
