Great service! An excellent guide, Elena, who led a walking tour of Karlovy Vary - interesting and informative. There were excursions around Prague, Karlovy Vary and Loket - each guide had his own version of the origins of Karlovy Vary. One time Karl put his leg in the water and he felt better, another didn’t help Karl, and the third one made a wounded deer feel better. They also say different things about the composition of water. Additional knowledge training required

The service did not disappoint. I had to worry, because... The booking conditions indicate that 30% of the payment must be withdrawn two weeks in advance, which did not happen. I called by phone and they answered. I wrote to the post office and they assured me that the reservation was valid. But doubt remains. However, the resettlement occurred instantly, on January 7 at 19:00. We were sent straight away for dinner. Everything is fine.
