We always book sanatoriums on your website, but this time we were disappointed. We were the first to be met upon arrival and told there was no room in the car and we had to wait. Then, after half an hour, the driver came and said to wait for the next plane (another hour)... then a couple came and were first taken to K. Vary and only then we were taken to F. Lazne. Altogether it took more than 5 hours!!! We arrived in the morning and were not given any information from the spa medical center that there was a doctor’s appointment and procedures in the morning. Later, the sanatorium department helped us return 2 procedures and a doctor’s appointment. You should have just left a note for us at the reception desk and this unpleasant situation with the staff and the waste of our nerves wouldn’t have happened! We also want to draw the attention of the sanatorium employees when ordering and purchasing chicken packages to immediately indicate that the package consists of certain procedures, and not later when everything is paid for! The transfer service needs improvement. They bring you very early to the airport and collect everyone from Bruges places without prior notification (the service costs 39 euros and people have the right to know if this is a direct transfer or through other cities like Karlovy Vary or Fl). Thank you.

This is not the first time we have purchased through the sanatorium. The only drawback is the transfer! People need to be warned that the driver can go to other places like K.V. or F.L. and not straight to the airport. Then people have choices and can decide whether to order a group transfer or a taxi individually. Plus, they bring you to the airport very early...almost 5 hours before departure. This is very inconvenient and tiring. In everything else there is no evidence. Thank you !

Booking and organization was quick and easy. The website is well structured and clear. Finding the right hotel and offer was very pleasant. The day trip to Prague was not well planned. A lot was said about the Czech Republic, which we as fellow travelers would have been interested in, but as non-Russian speakers we were left out for the entire trip (2 hours). That was not satisfactory at all. But I would definitely like to make an exception for our city guide. She was really good and made a lot of effort to tell us something about the country and its people. I would have liked the explanations on the bus to be at least bilingual.
