I had some minor problems with the return transfer; I mistakenly indicated the departure time as 11.30 instead of 23.30. When I tried to correct this a week before departure, I was offered to cancel the already ordered transfer and order a paid one, which I did not do, because... You can also order an individual transfer for a fee!

The service sanatoriums.com is excellent, everything is written clearly and accessible, all the points are touched upon, the only thing I don’t understand is how to book by phone to get a discount, I tried, they didn’t pick up the phone, then they called back from a completely different number and gave me the details where to list and that’s it in Russian, I called again and asked where to transfer information. I needed other data because... I’m from Germany, they somehow hesitated. And I was afraid to order through them, and decided to pay without a discount, everything looked like they were scammers.
