Communication with sanatoriums.com went smoothly and is highly recommended as a booking portal. However, I would have liked to have known about the included excursion to Prague that on the outward journey there was an exclusively Russian-speaking tour guide who gave all the information in Russian very loudly over the loudspeaker the entire time. Likewise, the sanatoriums.com location office did not speak enough English to understand simple sentences, so Russian-speaking guests had to translate. I don't expect German to be spoken in the Czech Republic, but a minimum of English as a language of communication is very desirable. The city guide in Prague was very competent and extremely approachable. We really enjoyed the tour and received just the right amount of information.
