Perhaps it would be more helpful if the payment process were spelled out more clearly. Instead of declaring the amount in euros and cash, you have to pay in cash in forint or with a card. I would have preferred that, so I first had to exchange euros for forints, which was a bad exchange rate.

I have used the Sanatorium.com service several times and remain very satisfied. The last time I booked treatment at the Pro-Patria hotel, but upon arrival I was informed that they could not accept me, there was no reservation. Fortunately, the Sanatorium.com staff took the necessary actions and I was transferred to the Esplanade Hotel, for which I am very grateful. I received excellent treatment and food there.
