В стоимость бронирования действительно входит бесплатный групповой трансфер из дома до выбранного Вами санатория, который наши менеджеры Вам с удовольствием предоставили. Эта информация указана у нас на сайте на странице отеля. Обратный же трансфер в стоимость не входит и оплачивается отдельно. Нам очень жаль, что возникло недопонимание.
