While staying at the sanatorium, I had problems. I booked 12 nights. I paid for 12 nights, three meals a day and 24 procedures. And upon arrival at the sanatorium, it turned out that I had booked two times for 6 nights and a total of 20 procedures. My check-in voucher said everything was correct for 12 nights, but in the sanatorium in the reservation department there were two vouchers for 6 days each. I called Sanatoriums.com several times and wrote an E-Mail asking them to sort it out. My e-mail was completely ignored, I did not receive a single greeting to it. I called and wrote on Whatsapp, they said that your issue is being resolved and we will contact you. I returned from vacation and have been at home for two weeks, but still no one has contacted me or resolved my issue. I don’t advise anyone to book through this site, if something goes wrong with you, know that you will have to sort everything out yourself, they won’t help you

Уважаемая Lena Zerr! Просим прощения за доставленные неудобства и отсутствие своевременных ответов. Мы старались предоставить минимальную цену проживания и лечения, для чего разделили Ваш период пребывания на два отрезка. Это позволило дважды использовать дотационные ваучеры и снизить для Вас базовую стоимость отдыха на 600 EUR с человека вместо 300 EUR. Однако отель сначала не пошёл нам навстречу по количеству процедур и счёл стыковой день днём выезда/заезда, в который процедуры, увы, по их правилам не рассчитываются. Но после нашего обращения, отель назначил Вам, как мы видим из присланной отелем санаторно-курортной карты, в полной мере 24 обещанные процедуры. Ещё раз приносим свои извинения за несвоевременные ответы!
