The booking and payment went really well, requests were taken into account and implemented, only the transport could be improved. The driver should understand at least a little German, the buses should all be equipped with a step stool, as the entrance is very high for disabled people and it is very cramped seating for 8 people

The commercial handling is very good. Everything, including the transport, worked well. However, there are more comfortable transport vehicles!!! A class higher, even with 8 people, would be more bearable for the passengers! (I don't want to name a brand)

What wasn't good was the door-to-door transport that we had booked in advance. Our driver didn't speak a word of German, so communication was impossible. He also didn't find out about the destinations before setting off! So the journey went from Marienbad to Leipzig and back to Chemnitz and then finally to our destination Berlin. Our journey therefore took eight hours (9 a.m. - 5 p.m.)!!! Half of the relaxation was gone. Best regards - the Kaminski family
