Somewhat outdated room furnishings. Beds/mattresses new and cleanly made. Great spa area, lots of offers for all age groups. Some of the staff were a bit unfriendly and obviously annoyed. Please and thank you seem strange, even if you as a guest use the local language. A pity

Very good organization, timely information regarding transport. On the way there we had to request a break (toilet). On the return journey the driver took 3 breaks (approx. 15 minutes). It was much better for us and also necessary to stretch our legs during the 7 hour journey.
