This is the third time I have booked a hotel with Sanatoriums.com and I am very satisfied. Everything works smoothly. The requests are passed on to the hotel. The information about the hotel and treatments, meals, payment helps with organizing the trip. The transfer arrives very punctually. We drove back to Germany on May 11th, 2024 with the transfer. We wanted to give our driver Alex a very positive review. Alex made our trip very comfortable, was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I could never reach was the telephone number in Germany for Sanatoriums.com. If I had any questions, I always called the Czech Republic. I recommended the Sanatoriums.com portal to my friends.

Hello, dear employees of the Gashalty Naftalan sanatorium. I visited you and at the end of the treatment I left you with a good impression. I hope to see you again next year. I would especially like to note: Dr. Renu Kangerli, Dr. Letefet and the entire medical team; the entire physiotherapy staff is in Ilkin’s head; clinic reception Zeyneb, assistant entertainment manager Asim, food manager, chef, hotel reception. I did not see a representative of sanatoriums.com at the Naftalan resort and received no explanation. Thanks to Assistant Entertainment Manager Asim who helped me and explained everything. I booked a sanatorium through your service, I did not have the opportunity to use other services, since I had to get there by bus (we have problems with direct flights to Prague) and you do not organize transfers from the bus station, I also purchased excursions on the spot, i.e. Karlovy Vary.
