Sanatorium.com office through which we booked, including a trip to Prague, could not be reached by phone, despite repeated attempts on Tuesday and no exact address available, only telephone number. Only found after a long search, completely hidden, integrated in the spa house. Since we had missed the trip to Prague due to inaccessibility, after a lot of trouble and wasted time we finally found the office and actually got a 50% discount on the same trip to Prague on Sunday, as this was in This week wouldn't have been possible at all because of 30 treatments booked in 12 days.
