In my opinion, the shuttle service by picking up from the place of residence is problematic if people who live far from each other have to be picked up by the same vehicle. Anyone who has a Germany ticket for the train should, in my opinion, consider whether they would rather use the train. Alternatively, I would like to suggest the possibility of just transporting luggage from the house.

It is very easy to navigate through websites. I would like to have options to have choose how many days we have treatments during the stay. It was challenging to be available for Guided tours during the stay. Having free days will make it easy.

It would be desirable if all communication could take place in German. The booking itself was possible in German and everything worked very well. The parking space reservation also worked in German. Unfortunately, the reply to the booking request for an excursion was in Russian. Unfortunately we don't speak this language. But we will book with you again and use your services.
