Treatments are very good. Food is good too, but the rooms urgently need at least a replacement of the carpet. A patient with a dust allergy cannot survive a night in there. What also bothered me was the coffee machine without a single capsule. It was just there as inventory, the main thing was that it was mentioned in the hotel description.

I want to say that at first I was completely delighted with your service, we were delivered to the hotel for free, a free excursion to Prague, and I also booked an excursion to Loket from you, the only big minus was that there was no automatic transfer back to the airport. Of course, it’s my fault that I didn’t clarify right away, but if you deliver to the hotel, why not take it back. Maybe not free, but within reason. On the last day I had to be nervous, at the reception I asked about the transfer, they didn’t know, they said that there was no information in the computer, I had to order a taxi and pay 115 euros.
