I asked for compensation, but they told me that they saw no reason. For the site, the client’s opinion and comfort did not play any role. Competent workers respond to calls and emails. Keeps its promises. The transfer to Karlovy Vary lasted 12 hours. Although previously this journey lasted only 8 hours. Please keep in mind when planning your itinerary that such long trips are not possible for older people!!! Next year I’ll have to drive my own car, since it’s impossible to withstand this.

The portal is good with quite responsive help desk. The driver who took us back to Prague airport could have driven more careful. I know some people in the bus got sweat due to the careless driving. No chatting or phone checking one would expect from a driver while driving a bus.
