There are almost no complaints about the sanatorium. Communication is maintained, they respond to letters and calls quite quickly, and do everything possible to meet requests. But guys, we should at least warn you that all payment is made in forints when you make a reservation in euros.

The employee who came to the hotel to collect our travel price (unfortunately only cash payment is possible, which is very unusual these days) arrived at the hotel much too late at the time set by the travel provider. She couldn't speak German or English. That's a shame if you want to reach tourists from German-speaking countries. On the trip to Prague, the tour guide only spoke Russian on the bus. We German guests received no information and were not welcomed. We felt discriminated against! Luckily we had a friendly, German-speaking tour guide in Prague.
