Apart from Czech and Russian, no other language was spoken in the sanatorium office, which made it very difficult to cope with all the problems on site

All agreed services were provided. We found everything as advertised. The doorstep transfer could still be worked on. At the point on the Polish side behind Görlitz, all small vans meet on both the outward and return journeys and the final transports are put together. On the way there it was ok. On the way back we waited almost 90 minutes. A vehicle with Poles was missing, which probably came from far inland. They were not hotel guests or tourists. That was annoying because we left the hotel without breakfast and then had to wait a long time.
