The payment options at Sanatoriums.com are completely outdated and impossible with EXCLUSIVE cash payment! The cash payment (!) should be made in another building in town in a kind of bicycle storage room at a kitchen table. The woman present there, who only spoke Russian, had no cash register, no computer, no internet connection, only a receipt pad without a header and no stamping option and wanted to accept far more than EUR 1,000.00 in exchange for an illegible signature. I refused that. Then it was suddenly possible to pay against an invoice by bank transfer. Why not this offer now!? The whole fuss about cash payment has massively negatively overshadowed the otherwise very good impression of the offer, the hotel, the treatment and leisure options!!! A pity!

Everything went well and questions were answered promptly and in a friendly manner. What wasn't good was the tour guide on the bus on the trip to Prague. She spoke neither German nor English, so we didn't understand anything about the history of Prague, which she talked about the whole time, and she wasn't at all interested in the German guests and was rather unfriendly. Luckily, the tour guide in Prague was very good, so we were able to learn interesting things about the history of the city
